I’m from Central California, but I’ve lived in the Tucson area for more than 15 years where I now call home. Prior to settling down in Vail, I traveled with the US Air Force both as Active Duty and as a dependent spouse. I learned firsthand how challenging it could be to meet housing needs because of frequent moves and deployments and during the search for our current home, I realized I could make a difference for families relocating to, from and within the area. In 2009, I made the decision to make a career move and become a real estate consultant.
I empathize with the needs of an ever-changing military household and I have the experience to know how to make their lives easier. I maintain a level head and keep calm throughout the home buying and selling process. I treat all clients equally and adapt to all personality types. I’m efficient, knowledgeable in the field, and easy to talk to and work with. Those are skills that are valuable with every client and understanding their own personal needs.
I specialize in helping out of town sellers list and sell vacation or investment properties in the Tucson area. I understand that it can be difficult managing the sale of a home in another town and work hand in hand with homeowners to help make the process move smoothly. Additionally, I can keep owners informed of the ever changing housing market with specialized market reports.
I enjoy being involved in my local community. I am a proud member of the Vail Preservation Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation of Vail's history and heritage and the education thereof. I love the desert landscape and the small town atmosphere of the Tucson and Vail areas.
